Orders

Yes — updates to your cart are allowed before checkout. If you've already placed an order, email orders@ascendury.store within a few hours. If the order hasn't shipped, we'll do our best to update it.

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. Once processing or dispatch begins, cancellation is not possible. Refunds (if any) will be processed to the original payment method.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email and SMS with a tracking link. Click the link to see live courier status and estimated delivery date.

First check your spam or promotions folder. If you still can’t find the confirmation, contact contact@ascendury.store with your name and order date and we’ll locate your order.

Currently we accept orders only through our online store for accuracy and security. For assistance, email us and we'll guide you step-by-step.

Orders can be cancelled by us due to payment failures, suspected fraud, or stock unavailability. If cancelled, you'll receive a refund automatically — contact support for details.

On occasion we offer pre-orders for launches. Pre-order items will have clear timelines — payment is taken at checkout and dispatch dates are provided on the product page.

Gift notes and wrapping are available at checkout where listed. If you need special packaging, email us before dispatch and we’ll try to accommodate.

Email orders@ascendury.store immediately with your order ID and the correct address. If the order hasn't shipped we can update it; if shipped, courier rules apply.

Not yet — we currently ship only within India. We plan to expand internationally in the future.

Shipping

Yes. Free shipping on all orders across India over ₹1,999. Orders below this threshold will show standard shipping charges at checkout.

Typical delivery is 3–7 business days depending on the city. Processing takes 1–2 business days. Remote areas may take longer.

We partner with reliable national couriers and local carriers to ensure fast delivery. The courier name is shown in your tracking info.

Couriers typically attempt redelivery. If unsuccessful, package may return to sender — we will contact you to arrange reshipment.

At the moment, scheduled deliveries are not offered. Delivery timing depends on courier availability.

Some couriers may not deliver to certain P.O. boxes. Please enter a full street address for best results.

Expedited shipping may be available at checkout for select pin codes. Charges and ETA are displayed during checkout.

Yes — we deliver to most remote pin codes, though delivery may take a few extra days.

We use recyclable and minimal packaging to reduce waste — please recycle where possible.

For India domestic deliveries there are no customs or duties. International shipments (when enabled in future) may incur duties payable by recipient.

Payments

We accept UPI, major debit/credit cards, net banking, and popular wallets. We do not support Cash on Delivery (COD).

Yes. All online payments are processed over encrypted channels and our payment partners are PCI-compliant.

Declines can be due to insufficient funds, bank restrictions, or incorrect details. Contact your bank or try another method.

Some banks/cards may offer EMI at checkout. Available options depend on your bank and card issuer.

Currently we do not allow splitting payment across multiple methods in a single transaction.

An invoice is emailed to you once the order is confirmed. You can also download it from your account orders list.

No extra transaction fees from our side. Your bank or wallet provider may have specific charges — check with them.

Digital gift cards issued by Ascendury are accepted at checkout. Apply the gift card code in payment step.

If the order is cancelled before shipping, full payment is refunded. Refund timelines depend on the payment provider.

All prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR).

Returns & Exchanges

We offer a 7-day return or exchange window from delivery. Item must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags and packaging.

Email orders@ascendury.store with your order ID and photos (if damaged). We'll provide return instructions.

If the return is due to a defect or our error, we cover return shipping. For buyer’s remorse, standard return charges may apply.

Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days after we receive the returned item. Time to reflect depends on your bank or wallet.

We support size exchanges. Exchanges for different products depend on availability — contact support to confirm.

Returns that do not meet policy (e.g., worn, washed, missing tags) may be rejected and returned to you. We'll notify you with options.

Sale items may be final sale — check the product page. If eligible, returns follow standard policy.

Refunds are credited to the original payment method and may show as 'Ascendury refund' or similar on your bank statement.

If requested exchange item is unavailable, you may request a refund or store credit as applicable.

List the items you wish to return in your return request email. We'll provide consolidated return instructions and label if applicable.

Products & Sizing

Use the size chart on every product page for measurements. If unsure, check reviews or contact support with your measurements for recommendations.

Most items follow standard sizing. Refer to the product-specific size guide — some styles may run slightly large or small.

Products are pre-washed to minimize shrinkage. Follow care instructions on the label to keep them looking new.

We try to photograph colors accurately, but display settings may vary slightly. If color is crucial, contact us for a clearer image.

All our products are proudly made in India with quality checks at every stage.

Popular items may be restocked. Sign up for back-in-stock alerts on product pages to be notified.

We focus on responsible sourcing and eco-conscious packaging. Product pages highlight sustainable materials where applicable.

Yes — every product has care instructions on the tag and product page for best results (wash temp, drying, ironing, etc.).

We do not offer custom printing or tailoring for retail orders at this time.

Turn garments inside out, wash in cold water, and avoid tumble drying to preserve prints and fabric.

Discounts & Promotions

Enter your code at the checkout page in the “Discount code” field before payment and click apply.

Only one promotional code can be applied per order unless otherwise specified in campaign terms.

Some discounts exclude sale items. Check the coupon terms or product page for exclusions.

Verify expiry and minimum order value. If the problem persists, send a screenshot to support and we’ll help.

Not currently — follow our newsletter for exclusive offers and early access to sales.

Yes, gift cards and promotional codes can typically be combined — coupon terms prevail if restricted.

We run seasonal and festival promotions — subscribe to our newsletter or follow us on social for updates.

Promotional codes are valid only during the campaign period and are not retroactive.

Referral programs may be launched in the future — follow our announcements for details.

Discounts apply to the original order only. Exchanges or new orders may be subject to current pricing/promotions.

Account & Security

No — you can checkout as a guest. Creating an account saves addresses and order history for faster checkout.

Click “Forgot password” on the login page. We'll email you a secure link to reset your password.

We use your data to process orders, provide support, and deliver a better shopping experience. We do not sell personal data.

Contact contact@ascendury.store to request account deletion and data removal as per policy.

We share only necessary data with payment processors and couriers under privacy safeguards. We never sell your data.

Click the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any marketing email or update communication preferences in your account settings.

Log in, go to Account Settings and edit your contact details. For help, contact support.

Currently not available. We continuously evaluate additional security features to protect customer accounts.

Sign in to your account and go to Order History. Each order has details, tracking, and invoices.

We recommend one account per individual for security and order accuracy.
